Easy savoury-sweet rocky road with salty pops from salted peanuts coated in lush amounts of chocolate. The perfect flavour combination.

Ingredients (6)

135 g butter
200 g chocolate — you can use dark or milk chocolate
2 tbsp golden syrup
100 g salted peanuts and raisins
100 g Marie biscuits — or any biscuit of choice, roughly crushed
100 g marshmallows — cut up or use mini ones

Method:

Melt butter (you can also use margarine), chocolate and golden syrup over in a microwave save bowl in 20 second bursts. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir to coat everything in the melted chocolate mixture.

Pour into a lined baking tin and allow to set in a fridge.

Once set cut into squares and enjoy.
