Salted peanut and raisin rocky road
|200 g||chocolate — you can use dark or milk chocolate|
|2 tbsp||golden syrup|
|100 g||salted peanuts and raisins|
|100 g||Marie biscuits — or any biscuit of choice, roughly crushed|
|100 g||marshmallows — cut up or use mini ones|
Melt butter (you can also use margarine), chocolate and golden syrup over in a microwave save bowl in 20 second bursts. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to coat everything in the melted chocolate mixture.
Pour into a lined baking tin and allow to set in a fridge.
Once set cut into squares and enjoy.
