Earlier this year, Knorr released its study on understanding the eating habits of the South African population. The report highlighted that as a nation, South Africa is still far from adapting to better eating habits, as the current composition of the plate is only 14% vegetables, and the ideal plate should comprise 33% vegetables. Knorr and McCain believe that we can achieve this by making small and easy changes to our daily eating habits as these will have a bigger and more positive impact on the future of our people and the planet.
