If you’re a lover of beautiful pastries, you’ll certainly appreciate this. Cape Town’s baddass baker and croissant king, Jason Lilley has a social media account that seems borderline illegal. His images are so alluring and just downright decadent. And he’s the genius behind the doughssant (SA’s version of the Cronut®).
Each week Jason posts a ‘teaser’ alert for the new flavour of doughssant that is only available on Saturdays. And he only makes a limited number so you need to either get to the bakery before the roosters are up or secure your order via email.
