The folks at Kensington Palace appear just as excited as we are, and have been sharing some behind-the-scenes action from the (no doubt) very busy royal kitchen at Windsor Castle.
We dropped in on the Kitchens at Windsor Castle, who will shortly begin final preparations for the #RoyalWedding.

It appears the menu has had a lot of input from the royal couple and features fresh and seasonal fare like globe artichokes and asparagus. Head Chef Mark Flanagan says, “the produce has also been taken from Her Majesty’s Estate at Windsor”.
In terms of dessert, we already have some insight into the wedding cake and there’s also major action in the pastry kitchen with chef Selwyn Stoby churning out a Windsor Castle favourite – chocolate truffles!
