MasterChef SA winner, Kamini Pather has started her own business and is the creator of FÜDY – an exciting new plant-based food delivery service. It’s the first of its kind in South Africa and will service customers from ‘dark kitchens’ that operate on a delivery-only model, meaning you won’t be able to physically go, sit down and order at their locations. FÜDY will be available first through UberEATS and then on various other on-demand food ordering platforms.
Food24 editor, Tessa Purdon, grabbed a few minutes with Kamini at a busy Cape Town coffee shop to chat about her new entrepreneurial project, before she jetted of to Sri Lanka.
