– 50 ml Citrus Infusion Gin– crushed ice- granadilla pulp- Sanpellegrino Burnt Orange- tonic water- a sprig of thyme
Fill a shaker with the gin, crushed ice and one part tonic water, one part granadilla pulp. Shake well and strain into a wide-rimmed glass – then watch your gin cocktail turn burnt orange as you top up with Sanpellegrino. Add a sprig of thyme to serve.
