1	puff pastry — roll
6	sausages — pork bangers
6	cheese — grated or feta cheese
1	eggs — beaten

Method:

Pre set oven to 180 on high. Lightly fry the bangers until almost done,
spread out puff pastry and cut into six blocks. Dust puff pastry with beaten egg and
put bangers onto puff pastry and put a dollop of cheese with the bangers. Wrap up bangers with puff pastry,
dust again with egg
and put into oven and bake for app 15 min. Serve with green salad or fried chips,

lovely cheap meal and kids love it.
