Ingredients (8)

2 fish — cubed
4 tbsp flour — plain
2 tbsp wasabi — powder
1 tbsp ginger — powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper — ground
3 tbsp oil

Method:

1.Cut the fish into bite size cubes and pat dry.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together well.
3. Roll the fish in the flour to coat.
4. Heat the oil and fry on all sides until golden and crispy.
5. Serve with a nice fresh salad, make it Asian by adding Avo, pickled ginger and a soy sauce dressing.
