Ingredients (8)

500 g rice
500 g bacon
250 g mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 can sweetcorn — creamed
tsp fresh oregano
pinch freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Cook rice until ready, In a wok put all your other ingredients together in a bit of olive oil, except for the sweetcorn. When browned put your rice in your wok, mix everything together for about 2 mins.
Lastly put in your two cans of sweetcorn, spice with oreganum and black pepper, mix well and serve warm.
