Ingredients (8)

6 potatoes
250 g bacon — diced
250 ml cream — fresh
1 cloves garlic — cloves
15 ml oil
1 onion
5 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, bacon and garlic together.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Boil potatoes for 10 – 15 min
Put potatoes in an ovenproof dish, add fried bacon mix and pour over cream.
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake for 30 min
Serve with meat and salad
