Ingredients (7)

12 sausages — viennas
250 g pasta — spaghetti
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
250 ml milk
1 handful cheese
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Cut each vienna in half, take four pieces of spaghetti and push it in through the vienna horizontally so that the spaghetti sticks out each end of the vienna. Place into your boiling water with a tiny bit of oil in it to prevent the spaghetti sticking together. Boil until the spaghetti is ready. You can check this by cutting a spaghetti noodle is half and looking for a white line in the middle, if the line is gone the spaghetti is ready.
Now to make your cheesy sauce:
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and add 1 tablespoon of flour to this. One the flour has gather together with the butter and your 250ml milk. Stir until the flour and butter melt into the milk on medium heat. Add your cheese and allow it to melt. Once this is done pour your sauce over your vienna spiders!! Toddlers love this crazy dish!!
