Ingredients (9)

2 c gram flour
1/2 c flour — plain
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp cumin — seeds
2 tsp oil
2 tsp red chilli — powder
2 tsp fresh coriander — finely chopped
salt — just a pinch
oil — for deep frying

Method:

1.Mix Gram and Plain flour together
2. Make a centre and add all the other ingredients except for the oil to deep fry and mix well.
3.Add water to make a soft dough
4. Divide the dough to make small thin rounds.
5.Using a fork prick them on both sides.
6.All to dry on a clean cloth for 30 minutes.
7.Deep fry in hot oil till it becomes light brown.
8. Make sure it is not over fried
9. Drain
10. Cool completely
