Ingredients

 
  • 2
    c
    Gram Flour
  • 1/2
    c
    Plain Flour
  • 1/2
    tsp
    Ajwain
  • 1/2
    tsp
    Cumin Seeds
  • 2
    tsp
    oil
  • 2
    tsp
    Red Chilli Powder
  • 2
    tsp
    Coriander finely chopped
  • pinch of salt
  • Oil - for deep frying
 
 

Method

 
1.Mix Gram and Plain flour together 2. Make a centre and add all the other ingredients except for the oil to deep fry and mix well. 3.Add water to make a soft dough 4. Divide the dough to make small thin rounds. 5.Using a fork prick them on both sides. 6.All to dry on a clean cloth for 30 minutes. 7.Deep fry in hot oil till it becomes light brown. 8. Make sure it is not over fried 9. Drain 10. Cool completely
