Ingredients (8)

2 onions — sliced
4 courgettes — sliced
4 carrots — sliced
1 green pepper — sliced
1 yellow pepper — sliced length wise
2 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
8 chicken — pieces
2 sweet and sour sauce

Method:

Fry onions, veggies and garlic in a little oil until soft. Put side in a casserole dish, brown the chicken pieces. Put all ingredients in casserole dish pouring sauce over ensuring all chicken is covered. Cook on 180C for 1 hour or until done.
Serve with rice.
