Ingredients (5)

1 c rooibos — tea
1 c dried fruit mix
1 c flour — bran enriched self-raising
1 eggs
1 tsp mixed spice — ground

Method:

Place fruit mix in tea and allow to stand overnight. The next day mix in remaining ingredients and pour into bread tin. Bake in preheated oven at 45°C for 45 minutes.

Goes well with Ultramel Sugar-free custard.
