1 biscotti
1 mascarpone cheese
250 g strawberries

Method:

1. Place 1 Biscotti biscuit on a flat surface.
2. Take one teaspoon of mascarpone cheese, using a second teaspoon smooth the mascarpone cheese into a triangle shape and place on Biscotti biscuit.
3. Place half a Strawberry on the mascarpone cheese and enjoy!
