Ingredients (8)

1 onion — finely chopped
1/4 green pepper — finely chopped
1/4 red pepper — finely chopped
1/4 yellow pepper — finely chopped
300 g rice — cooked
1 tsp rice spice
1 garlic — flakes
2 nando's sauce

Method:

In a saucepan, heat olive oil.
Add onions, and braise until almost see through.
Add peppers, and fry for a further 2 mins.
Add spice for rice and garlic flakes and mix well.
Add cooked rice and mix onion and peppers in well.
Lastly add Nando’s sauce, you can add more sauce if you need a little more kick to it.
This goes well with some roast chicken and a green salad.
