Ingredients (5)

125 g flour — self-raising
125 g margarine
125 g castor sugar
2 eggs
1 can apples

Method:

Heat over to 180°C. Add castor suger to margarine. Beat until light. Add two eggs and beat together. Add self-raising. Prepare baking dish by smearing with a bit of margarine. Add apples. Cover with blops of batter. You don’t need to smear it level, trust the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
