Ingredients (10)

2 can salmon
250 ml yoghurt — plain
250 ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 green pepper — halved, chopped
1/3 cup gherkins — chopped
1/2 cup onion — chopped
1 Tbs Sheridans gelatine — powdered

Method:

Blend salmon, yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add tomato sauce, worcester sauce and lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Blend well. Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup warm water, let cool. Add to mixture, stir well and pour into mould and refrigerate to set.
Serve with wedges of lemon and melba toast or wholewheat bread.
