Ingredients (8)

1 c red pepper
1 c yellow pepper
1 c green pepper
1 c mushrooms — sliced
1 c vegetables — strips, fried
1 tbsp oil — or butter
1 pinch salt — to taste
1 c pasta — cooked

Method:

Heat a wok on the stove top and add oil / butter until hot. Add all peppers and mushrooms and stir fry until cooked. Add salt to taste and spices of your liking. Set aside. Add in the fried vegetable strips (can also use beef or chicken if preferred). Toss in the pasta and add a little sweet chilli sauce for a good flavour.
Serve with a side salad for a wonderful and healthy meal!!
