Quick, easy and nutritious, a wonderful pasta to indulge in.
 


 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    c
    rep pepper
  • 1
    c
    yellow pepper
  • 1
    c
    green pepper
  • 1
    c
    sliced mushroom
  • 1
    c
    vegetable strips (fried in a little oil)
  • 1
    tbsp
    oil / butter
  • 1
    pinch
    salt to taste
  • 1
    c
    cooked pasta
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Heat a wok on the stove top and add oil / butter until hot. Add all peppers and mushrooms and stir fry until cooked. Add salt to taste and spices of your liking. Set aside. Add in the fried vegetable strips (can also use beef or chicken if preferred). Toss in the pasta and add a little sweet chilli sauce for a good flavour. Serve with a side salad for a wonderful and healthy meal!!
