Ingredients (8)

2 onion — chopped
1 chicken
4 milk
1/4 oil
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic — cloves
1 tbsp cornflour — Maizena

Method:

1. Fry onions till golden brown
2. Add garlic and fry slightly
3. Now add chicken that is cut in pieces.
4. Fry
5. Add curry and salt
6. Stir twice
7. Now add half a litre of milk
8. Boil for two minutes
9. Now add the rest of the milk leave a
half a cup of milk to add maizina.
Boil on low for 20 min. Do not cover. Serve with rice and green salad.
