Ingredients (4)

marshmallows
250 ml cream — ot mascarpone cheese
100 ml sweet sherry — full cream
bananas

Method:

1. Mash bananas and mix in the Sherry and Cream.
2. Put in baking dish and layer the Marshmallows on top.
3. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy.
Can also be served with ice cream.
