Ingredients

 
  • 1 packet of marshmallows
  • 250
    ml
    Full cream or Mascarpone
  • 100
    ml
    Full Cream Sweet Sherry
  • 6 – 10 peeled bananas
 
 

Method

 
1. Mash bananas and mix in the Sherry and Cream.
2. Put in baking dish and layer the Marshmallows on top.
3. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy.
Can also be served with ice cream.
