Ingredients (5)

While frying: a dot of Sun flower Oil
1/2 c water
1 c self-raising flour
1/2 c milk
1 eggs
1 tsp vanilla — essence

Method:

Add the egg and milk first, and stir vigorously. Then add the sugar and vanilla essence and continue stirring. Add the flour, and you will notice the mixture will become a bit hard to mix, If in case too stiff, add ½ a cup of water. Set the pans temperature to medium and dot a bit of oil in the pan (Not too much). Let the pancake cook until bubbles start to appear on the raw side then flip it over. Cook thoroughly on both sides until both sides are golden brown.

Flip onto a plate, and add your favorite toppings, cinnamon & sugar, lemon, jam or butter. Decide your own topping if you like! Enjoy!
