Ingredients (4)

500 ml cream — beaten
1 tin caramel
Peppermint Crisp chocolate
1 packet tennis biscuits

Method:

“Butter” biscuits with caramel. Place in a pie dish (square is good). Place a layer of whipped cream over the biscuits and break peppermint crisp over that. Continue with layers, ending with a layer of cream. Refrigerate overnight and sprinkle with peppermint crisp before serving.
