Pepermint crisp tart



  • 500
    beaten cream
  • 1 410g tin caramel
  • 3 Peppermint Crisps
  • 1 Pkt Tennis Biscuits


"Butter" biscuits with caramel. Place in a pie dish (square is good). Place a layer of whipped cream over the biscuits and break peppermint crisp over that. Continue with layers, ending with a layer of cream. Refrigerate overnight and sprinkle with peppermint crisp before serving.
