Ingredients

 
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2
    c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1
    c
    cream
  • Slab peppermint crisp chocolate, grated (leave a l
  • 2 packets Tennis biscuits
  • 1 tin caramel
 
 

Method

 
Crush one packet biscuits and mix together with melted butter and use this as your base for the tart. Mix chocolate, cream and caramel together. Use sliced bananas, whole biscuits and mixture to make layers beginning with mixture first, then bananas and then biscuits. The top of your tart should end with bananas. Sprinkle chocolate on top. Keep in fridge until set.
