Ingredients (4)

1 packet tennis biscuits
2 cup cream — fresh
2 slabs Peppermint Crisp chocolate
1 tin caramel

Method:

Whip the fresh cream until it becomes soft and fluffy.
Smear caramel on the tennis biscuits and lay in neat rows.
Add fresh cream once you finished the first layer.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint choclate over the fresh cream.
Repeat the above, you can have as many layers as you want.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours, take out of fridge for about ½ hour before serving.
