Pear tart

  • 1
    jam swissroll from a bakery
  • 1
    pear or pineapple
  • 500
    fresh cream
  • 2
    condensed milk
  • half a cup of fresh lemon juice for every can of condensed milk
  • 1
    flake chocolate


Cut a swissroll into slices and lay out in a 20X30cm pie dish .
Take some of the juice of the canned fruit and pour it over the swissroll. Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl and pour over or cover the swissroll
Mash the fruit and spoon it over the condensed milk mixture in the pie dish.
Whisk the cream until stiff and layer it over the fruit in the dish.
Flake your flake chocolate and sprinkle generously on top of the cream.
