Ingredients (7)

1 kg yoghurt — plain
1 condensed milk
2 tennis biscuits
4 tbsp butter — melted
4 tsp powdered gelatine
8 tsp jam — strawberry
1/2 cup water — lukewarm

Method:

Crush the biscuits and add the melted butter to for the crust.
Place in a oven proof tart dish and flatten around surface.
Mix the whole tub of yoghurt with the tin of condensed milk, till light and well mixed. Pour the contents over the biscuit crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C for about 25 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Mix the gelatine and jam together adding the water gradually to form a thick liquid and pour over the cold tart covering it.
Place in the fridge until the gelatine sets.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
