Ingredients (6)

175 ml cottage cheese — smooth
175 ml cream — fresh
175 ml yoghurt — plain
1 instant pudding — vanilla
1 tennis biscuits — packet
1 chocolate — Flake

Method:

Line a dish (15 X 15 cm), or a round pie dish with a layer of tennis biscuits.

Mix the cottage cheese, fresh cream and yoghurt until well blended.

Add the packet of instant pudding, and wisk into the mixture. Do not wisk for longer than a minute as it begins to set.

Pour misture over the tennis biscuits, and smooth out with a spoon.

Crumble the Cadbury’s flake over the top.

Place in fridge for at least 6 hours, but better overnight, before serving.

For variation different instant pudding flavours can be used, like banana or butterscotch, and peppermint crisp can grated over the desert instead of flake.
