Ingredients (5)

cream cheese — smooth
ginger biscuits
margarine — or buttter
jelly — lemon
mascarpone cheese

Method:

Crush the biscuits and combine with butter/margerine to form a base to line a medium sized bowl. Mix the Mascarpone and cream cheese to a smooth blend. Mix the jelly powder with 1 cup boiling water and add to cheese mixture. Pour mixture into the lined (biscuit) bowl and refrigerate over night. Just before serving, decorate with strawberries or any fruit slices of your choice.
