Ingredients (4)

750 ml mango — chopped
250 ml cream — fresh
250 ml yoghurt — Greek
250 ml caramel — sugar

Method:

1.Put chopped mangoes in a flat deep bowl.
2.Whip cream till stiff peak,add yoghurt and 4Tblsp of the sugar and whip again.
3.Scoop over mangoes.
4.Scatter rest of caramel sugar over cream mixture to make like brown crust.
5.Refridgerate for at least 4 hours before serving and do not leave till next day as it becomes watery.
