Ingredients (4)

mango
500 ml cream — fresh
500 ml yoghurt — Greek
caramel — sugar

Method:

Slice the mangos thickly and place in a deep dish. Mix the cream and yoghurt together and spoon over the mango. Sprinkle sugar over the cream mixture to cover the surface. Place in the fridge for two hours for the sugar to caramelise and form a crunchy layer. Serve and wait for the tell-tale silence only the good puds deserve!
