Ingredients (6)

1 l milk
175 ml custard powder
5 ml vanilla — essence
1 eggs — large
1 1/2 tennis biscuits — packet
1 condensed milk

Method:

Bring 750ml of the milk to boiling point.
Mix the custard powder with the leftover 250ml milk.
Add custard mixture and condensed milk to boiled milk.
Put back on the plate, add egg and  stir regularly to prevent burning.
Add vanilla essence.
Remove from stove top and let it cool.
Take a large tart bowl and lay a layer of biscuits, then a layer of custard mixture.
Carry on until mixture is finished.
End with layer of custard mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon
and enjoy.
