Ingredients (10)

1 kg beef mince
2 onion — finely chopped
3 tbsp fresh chillies
60 ml cornflour
2 fresh coriander — chopped
2 tbsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tomato and onion mix
garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp curry powder

Method:

Combine mince, half the onion, half the chilli cornflour and half dhania ( coriander) and make small meat balls. ( can be done days ahead ). Fry in a little olive oil.
Fry other half onion, chilli, garlic and ginger. Add curry powder, salt & pepper and simmer. Add boiling water if more sauce needed. Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on a Roti with sambals… Ideal for winter
