Ingredients (11)

1 butternut
1 onion
handful mushrooms — chopped
drop garlic — cloves
1 tsp curry paste
1 tbsp chutney
1 handful pepper — mixed
drop tomato paste
1 tsp vegetable spice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
250 g beef mince

Method:

Half and remove seeds from butternut
Boil or microwave for a few minutes until almost done (Set aside)

Fry all ingredients except the mince until well blended, break mince and add in to cook.
