Ingredients (8)

onion — finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
(substitute sage spice and chopped onion with magg
sausages — pork
sage spice
garlic — cloves, finely chopped
sausages — beef
chicken — whole

Method:

Remove the Pork and Beef sausages from their skins, combine them and mix with onion, garlic and sage spice. Stuff inside chicken. Rub Chicken with olive oil and season with Salt & Pepper. Roast in oven for 1 hour at 180C. Feeds 4 – 6.
