Spicy fried fish

Ingredients

 
  • Garam Masala
  • Masala
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Ginger and Garlic
  • Fresh Lemon
  • Fish
  • Paprika
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Coriander Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Pepper
 
 

Method

 
Clean the fish and remove all small bones, rub in olive oil all over the fish, then rub in ginger and garlic, mix the spices including salt and rub it lightly all over the fish, especially in the difficult places. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish, close the fish and keep it in the fridge for about 30 min.
Put some olive oil in a pan, not much, just to cover the base of the pan, and heat, place the pieces of fish in the oil and fry for 3 min a side, Serve with a garden salad and wedges if desired.
