Sea food tagliatelle

  • Salt & black ground pepper to taste

    frozen mixed sea food
  • 1/2
    John West Chilli
  • Tagliatelle for 4 people
  • 1
    large tsp crushed garlic
  • +- 300
  • 250
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 250
  • +- 200
    white wine to taste
  • olive oil
  • 250
    white button mushrooms
  • 5
    crab sticks kept to the end


Precook frozen mixed seafood for no longer than 2 min in salted boiling water. Set aside. Cook tagliatelle until firm - do not over cook! Slice mushrooms and cook in 1T olive oil until glazed. Add cream, milk heat gently. Mix cornflower & wine add to pan stirring so as not to form clumps. Add garlic, chilli and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add seafood, not crab sticks, and stir. Season with salt & black pepper to taste - even some extra garlic for the brave. Finally add Tagliatelle stir, add chopped crab sticks and serve with a chilled bottle of Hill & Dale. Enjoy
