Salmon & goat’s cheese salad

Ingredients (6)

200 g salmon — smoked pieces
1 goat's milk cheese — log, broken up
2 tbsp pine nuts — toasted, to garnish
200 g strawberries — halved
2 red onion — slices
1 lettuce — mixed salad leaves

Method:

Place salad leaves onto two plates and then add the smoked salmon strips, goats cheese, sliced onion and strawberries. Sprinkle pine nuts over salad and garnish with a few rocket leaves.
