Ingredients (5)

brandy — or whisky
1 tsp coffee granules
non-dairy cream — Orley Whip
chocolate — Cadbury slab
eggs — separated

Method:

Melt chocolate and coffee together in a double boiler. Beat egg yolks and alcohol till creamy. Add in chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until very firm, fold into chocolate mixture. Beat Orley Whip until very firm, mix into chocolate mixture. Place in fridge for 8-12hrs (can be made a day or two in advance too, texture improves the longer it gets to set).

Quantities can be doubled easily.
