Ingredients (5)

cheese — sliced
ham — sliced
1 tbsp oil
bread — sliced
eggs

Method:

Beat eggs with a little water. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Put a slice of ham and cheese on a slice of bread. Cover with a slice of bread to make a sandwich. Dip the sandwich both sides into egg mixture and fry in hot pan until golden brown. Place on paper towel to drain. Serve hot with a green salad.
