Ingredients (8)

onion
sausages
dried chilli flakes
4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
spring onions
chilli sauce
2 kg potatoes
butter

Method:

Boil and mash potato adding butter,chilli flakes and chilli sauce. Meanwhile cook sausages and place in oven to keep warm.
Fry onion until soft , then add sweet & sour sauce to coat the onion until nice and sticky.
Place the potato on the plate and cross the sausage over the top finish by pouring the onion and sauce over the top.
