    olive oil
  • 70

    slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 70

    fresh or frozen cherries, pits removed and cut in
  • 20
    ml
    honey
  • 210
    g
    cooked orzo (pasta rice)
  • 5
    ml
    Indian curry powder (Mild)
  • 0.8
    g
    salt
  • 0.7
    g
    garlic powder
  • 40
    ml
    cider vinegar
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Combine vinegar, olive oil, honey, curry powder, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl. Add orzo, papaya, cherries and almonds. Stir until blended. Chill at least 1 hour and arrange nicely on salad greens. Enjoy with a bottle of Hill & Dale Sauvignon Blanc.
