Cheese and onion bread

Ingredients (5)

cider
flour — self-raising
onion
2 tbsp soup powder — brown onion
100 g cheese — grated

Method:

Mix all ingredients together. No kneading required and pour mixture into a bread tin. Top with onion rings and cheese. Cover and bake in oven at 180C for about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the oven. Bake uncovered for the last 10 minutes of the cooking time.
