Ingredients (4)

barbecue sauce
250 g button mushrooms
1 packet bacon — streaky
100 g feta cheese — cubed

Method:

Roll a block of feta up in a strip of bacon, rolling it criss-cross so that all the sides of the feta are covered. Take a sosatie stick and stick on a mushroom then the bacon/feta roll, a mushroom, another bacon/feta roll and finish of with a mushroom. Place on the grill while coals are still quite hot. Baste with sauce a few times while turning them a few times, until bacon looks done and golden brown. I prefer it when the bacon is slightly crispy.
