Ingredients (6)

1 chicken — pieces or breasts
2 onion — chopped
2 mushrooms — sliced
1 l ginger ale
1 cream of mushroom soup — dry powder soup
2 freshly ground black pepper

Method:

1.Cut chicken into pieces
2.slice onions and mushrooms
3. Put chicken pieces, onions and mushrooms into a casserole dish
4. Sprinkle pepper over
5.Sprinkle dry soup over the veggies and chicken
6. Pour ginger ale over everything
7. stir, cover with lid and bake in 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes (up to an hour if you use chicken on the bone)
8. Serve piping hot over white rice
