6 lamb chops — large
1 breadcrumbs
2 eggs — beaten
1 ina paarman's — meat tenderiser spice

Method:

spice your lamb chops with the meat tenderiser or just bbq spice.
beat eggs and dip spiced chops into egg and then dip into bread crumbs. Place on a plate or in a fridge bag. Refrigerate for about an hour. Preheat oven on 200 degrees. Place chops on greased oven dish. pop in the oven for approx 80 mins, turning chops every 40 mins. This is a foolproof recipe. Also can be done with chicken or ribs.
My boyfriend loves this one. Serve with garlic baby potatoes, some savoury rice and Koo Sous boontjies.
