Ingredients (6)

1 kg chicken livers
2 onion — chopped
300 ml chilli and garlic sauce
60 ml oil
2 tsp garlic — cloves, crushed
salt

Method:

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onions and crushed garlic and chilli.
When the onions become translucent, add the chicken livers and let simmer until well done.
When the livers are well-cooked, add the chilli and garlic sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste and serve with fresh rolls.
