Ingredients (4)

500 g beef mince
1pkt soup powder — oxtail
1 c plain yoghurt — (or sour cream)
1 can tomatoes — chopped

Method:

Mix 1st three ingredients together.
Let rest for about ten minutes.
Shape into meatballs
Place into a casserole dish.
You can bake this as is, (180C)
or do the following:
Bake meatballs on a bed of flavoured tomatoes, eg Mexican tomatoes, or Indian style tomatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes. Cover the dish with foil or a lid for the first 25 minutes.
