Delicious fillet and noodle dish

Ingredients (15)

500 g beef — fillet
3 cloves garlic — cloves
2 onion
125 ml wine — red
500 ml noodles — spiral
250 g button mushrooms
1 mushroom soup
250 ml evaporated milk
125 ml cream
125 ml milk
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp barbecue spice
3 ml fresh oregano
3 ml fresh thyme
25 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

Boil noodles in salt water and a drop of olive oil
Drain, rince and drain again
Fry chopped onion and garlic,
add filet strips,
season and slowly fry till medium done
add wine and mushrooms
simmer over slow heat
Mix half packet of mushroom soup with 1.1/4 cup cold water and add to meat
stir in noodles,
just before serving add evaporated or milk and cream mixture,
simmer extremely slowly.
Serve with peas and baby carrots and a mixed salad.
