Ingredients (6)

475 ml condensed milk
50 ml vinegar
45 ml jam — apricot
90 g mustard — powder
1 ml salt
5 ml white sugar

Method:

Mix mustard powder and vinegar together to make a smooth paste.
Mix Apricot jam and condensed milk together to a smooth texture.
Add sugar, salt and mustard paste to condensed milk mixture. Mix well – do not beat.
Store in bottle and refrigerate. Use after 24 hours.
Compliments all meat dishes and hot dogs.
